Barbara M. Arthur

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio – Barbara M. Arthur, 88, of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Calcutta Health Care Center. Barbara was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on July 9, 1937, a daughter of the late Clarence and Wilma (Higgins) Landis. Barbara enjoyed bowling and once held the record for the highest bowling series in town. She also enjoyed playing bingo. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Preceding Barbara in death were her husband, whom she married April 6, 1955, Harry G. Arthur; grandson Kaden Davis and two brothers Roy Landis and Walter “Butch” Landis.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Michael W. Arthur and his wife Tammy; four grandchildren Kylie Wright and her husband Justin, Stephanie Davis and her husband Brian, Chris Campbell and his fiancee Margo Wright and Justin Campbell and his wife Jamie; 12 great-grandchildren Gavin Wright, Grant Wright, Grady Wright, Owen Davis, Krue Davis, Emmett Campbell, Luke Campbell, Lainey Smith, Madison Campbell, Kellen Campbell, Khloe Wright and Kayla Wright; sister Linda Armstrong; two brothers, Rick Dieringer and Doug Landis; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 3 to 5 p.m. where Rev. Rick Dawson will conduct a funeral service on Friday at 5 p.m. Private burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Immediately following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
