Debbie J. Beagle of East Liverpool passed away at her home on Sunday, March 22, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was being lovingly cared for by her husband, Donnie.

Born in East Liverpool on July 27, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Melba Smith Tudor.

Debbie devoted her life to nurturing those she loved, always putting her family first and offering unwavering support, warmth, and kindness to everyone she met. Her generous spirit, gentle heart, and infectious laughter enriched the lives of all who knew her.

Her parents and two sons, Charles Tudor and Donny Beagle Jr., preceded her in death.

Devastated by her loss is her husband, Donny Beagle Sr., her sisters, Linda Morgan and Tammy McDevitt, both of Chester, and her nieces and nephews, Faith, Billie Jo, Angela, Randy, and Brian.

Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate her life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Wednesday, March 25, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 24, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
