Betty ‘Janie’ Blankenship

EAST LIVERPOOL – Betty Jane Blankenship, 69, of East Liverpool, died Tuesday. Born in Pittsburgh Sept. 11, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Betty Roberts Ayers. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
