Sally I. Paugh

WELLSVILLE — Sally I. Paugh, 71, of Wellsville, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 13, 2026, with her loving family by her side.

Sally was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on September 29, 1954. Sally retired after 30 years of dedicated service at Walmart, where she built lasting friendships and touched many lives. Sally was an incredible woman who would do anything for her family. She had a true talent for woodworking and stonework, creating beautiful things with her hands. Above all, she was a devoted wife, a loving mom, and a proud Mawl Mawl who cherished every moment spent with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 28 years, whom she married June 14, 1997, David Keith Paugh; son David Cathell and his wife Leah; two daughters Jeana Almo and her husband Dave and Meleana Boeckman and seven grandchildren Zoey Heffner, Blake Almo, Michael Heffner, Austin Almo, Gaige Cathell, Joseph Almo and Anthony Almo.

Friends may visit Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Pastor Tom Adkins will conduct a funeral service 12 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
