Sherry L. Palmer

EAST LIVERPOOL – Sherry L. Palmer, 78, of East Liverpool, died Monday. She was born in East Liverpool on Nov. 28, 1947, a daughter of the late Paul and Estella Ruth (Woodward) Shuman. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
