Frank Harper Sr., 68, of East Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026. He was born on Aug. 16, 1957, the son of the late Jack and Mary (Patton) Harper Sr. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Frank Harper Jr., and a brother, Jack Harper Jr.
Frank was retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed life especially riding his Harley, cook-outs, animals and sitting around bon-fires.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie (Cain) Harper, at home; a son, Francis Szatkiewics of Florida; two daughters, Mary (David) Delaney of Ohio, and Stormi (Kelly) Emerling of East Liverpool, a daughter-in-law, Tina Harper of Ohioville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren; and canines, Lady and Blu.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, from 3 p.m. to time of service at 5 p.m. at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell.
