Roland Glendenning

Roland Glendenning, 54, of Wellsville, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, Dec. 29, 2025. He was born on April 24, 1971, the son of Sally (Glendenning) Quarterman of East Liverpool, and the late Roland Riggle.

He is survived by his companion, Shannon Chappelear, at home; a stepdad, Floyd Quarterman of East Liverpool; three daughters, Amanda (Shawn) Snyder of Toronto, Miranda Glendenning (Dallas) of Newell, Cea Glendening of Midland; four grandchildren, Bek, Rowan, Hudson and Tayla. He is also survived by four brothers, Glenn Bender of Wellsville, Brian Riggle, Roy Riggle and Steve Riggle, all of New Cumberland; a sister, Nikki Bender of East Liverpool; and an aunt, Jane Glendenning-Wheeler.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell from 4 p.m. to time of service at 6 p.m.
