Karissa Freeman

Karissa Freeman, 37, of Lisbon, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025. She was born on June 26, 1988 in Weirton, the daughter of Roy Freeman of Chester and the late Stephanie (Mercer) Freeman.

Besides her father, she is survived by her husband, Zack Jacobs, at home; two sons, Haiden and Archer Jacobs, both of Lisbon; a sister, Alicia Freeman of Chester; and two brothers, Roy Six of Wellsburg and Dale Freeman of Wheeling. She is also survived by a niece, Hannah, and nephews Zane, Paxtan, Cameron and Maverick

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 at 11 am. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery.
