Alexia Jade Von Brown

Alexia Jade Von Brown, 21, passed away on Thursday December 4, 2025. She was born on January 1, 2004, (New Year’s baby), in East Liverpool, the daughter of Donald Brown III of Newell, and Rachel Troup of East Liverpool.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Ella Troup Sr. She worked for Ohio Accounting Services.

Besides her parents she is survived by her “life partner” and companion, Chance Elliott, at home, a daughter Evelyn Mae Eileen Elliott; three brothers, Justin Minor, of East Liverpool, Corey Minor of Kansas, and Anthony Brown of Chester; a sister Danielle Minor of Newell. She is also survived by paternal grandparents, Don and Bambi Brown of Chester and Susan Delong of Florida.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday December 9, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell, from 4-7 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Shadow Lawn Cemetery of Newell.
