Lana Sue Roush
1945-2025
WARREN – Lana Sue Roush, 80, of Warren passed away on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 5, 2025 at her home with her family at her side.
Lana was born on Oct. 17, 1945 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard Weaver and Rose (Olesky) Green.
Lana was a 1963 graduate of East Liverpool High School and was a proud Potter. In addition to being a proud homemaker, Lana was a waitress at Abruzzi’s Cafe 422 in Warren for over 20 years.
Outside of work, Lana and her husband, Ron, were very involved with the Moose Lodge. Lana attained the Ladies Moose Highest Degree and was a lifetime member of the Cortland Moose Lodge and the VFW. She enjoyed camping, crocheting and the occasional visit to the Casino. Lana was also an avid sports fan, regularly watching NASCAR races, Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers games and Ohio State Football. Most of all, she loved and cherished her family. Whether it was camping or on one of the many family trips to Myrtle Beach, Lana was in her glory when she was with her family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Lana will always be remembered by her husband of over 60 years, Ronald Roush of Warren; children, Scott Roush of Warren, Robin (Brian) Mayhugh of Bristolville and Michelle (Ernest) Emerson of Warren; six grandchildren, Brandy (Chris) Alfreno, Brandon (Vicki) Kingery, Brett Kingery (fiancee, Taylor Russell), Bradly Kingery, Justyn Morgan and Katelyn Emerson; eight cherished great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sandy (Jim) Hughes of Naperville, Ill.; many nieces, nephews and cousins and her beloved, tri-colored Sheltie dog, Molly.
Lana was preceded in death by her father, Richard Weaver and her mother and stepfather, Rose and Donald Green.
Family and friends may visit and pay tribute to Lana on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel of Warren, 1884 North Road NE.
The family would like to send sincere thanks to the staff of AKESO Hospice, especially to Lenore, Becky and Mercedes for their compassionate care toward Lana.
