Elmer Shreve

Elmer Shreve,78, of East Liverpool, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025. He was born on Sept. 23, 1947, the son of the late Charles and Betty (Hartley) Shreve.

Elmer was a retired truck driver and member of the Columbiana County Coon Hunters Club.

Surviving are two sons, Charles (Jennifer) Shreve of Martins Ferry and John G Shreve of Wellsville; a daughter, Teresa Anderson of East Liverpool; 10 grandchildren, Nashel, Krissa, Miriah, Breanna, Shealyn, Jacob, Makayla, Gary Lee, Sidney and Austin and eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lavina Crow of East Liverpool and Wilma Jean of West Virginia. He is also survived by a good friend Carol and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to time of service at 7 p.m.
