CANAL WINCHESTER – Alyce Pope Carter, 94, of Canal Winchester died Thursday. She was born in Midland, Pa., on Nov. 10, 1931, a daughter of the late Ralph and Lois Pope. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
