William ‘Bill’ Clark

1941-2025

William “Bill” Clark, 84, of New Cumberland, W.Va., passed away on Oct. 13, 2025 after a long happy life.

Born June 15, 1941 in Weirton, W.Va, to the late William and Thelma Clark, Bill graduated from Weirton High School in 1960 and proceeded to marry the former Karen Beatty on Nov. 20, 1964. He was employed by Weirton Steel for nearly 40 years as a lab technician in the tin mill until retiring in 2000.

In his leisure, he was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family members.

He is survived by his wife Karen, son Scott Clark (Suzanne), daughter Melinda Whaley (John), grandson Zeth Clark (Megan), granddaughter Abigail Makosky (Connor), granddaughter Adeline Whaley (Evan Leskiw), and sister Barbara Resavage.

Turley Funeral Home LLC has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements. Per his wishes there will be no services.
