Virginia Tanner, 50, of East Liverpool, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025. She was born on April 7, 1975, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late David and Carol (Shreves) Tanner.
She is survived by two sons, Douglas Tanner and Ryan Lilly (Ashley Dearth), both of East Liverpool; seven grandchildren; and a brother, William Tanner of Pennsylvania.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell from 6 to 7 p.m.
