Patricia A. ‘Pat’ Manley

EAST LIVERPOOL — Patricia A. “Pat” Manley, 88, of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, at Calcutta Health Care Center.

Pat was born in Newell, W.Va., on Dec. 15, 1936, a daughter of the late Cloyd and Gladys L. (Barnes) McCune. She was a graduate of Chester High School. Pat worked as a secretary for East Liverpool City Schools retiring in 2009. She enjoyed reading books in her spare time. Most importantly, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Preceding Pat in death were her husband Richard A. Manley Sr.; son Richard A. Manley Jr.; and four brothers, Ronald, Robert, William and Donald McCune.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Suzanne Workman and her husband Rick; two sons, Scott R. Manley and Chris E. Manley; five grandchildren, Heather Curran and her fiance Michael Phelps Jr., Jennifer Manley, Jack Manley, Kenzi Manley and Grace Manley; and two great-grandchildren, Kristen Carroll and Michael Phelps III.

Friends may visit Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery will conduct a funeral service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Hammondsville Cemetery.
