Glen Allen Lockhart
Glen Allen Lockhart, 68, of Garden Grove, California, passed away on Sept. 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife of 47 years, Anna (McKinnon) Lockhart; his daughters Bridget Lockhart and Shawna Lockhart; and his grandchildren, Isiah Meeks and his wife Olayemi Oseni (his best friend/granddaughter-in-law), Shawn Meeks, and Makayla Meeks.
Born and raised in East Liverpool, Ohio, Glen and his family moved to California permanently in 1984. He loved his family very much. Nothing made him happier than watching his grandchildren grow up and spending time with his family. Some of his favorite things included watching Westerns and NASCAR races, rooting for the Steelers and the Celtics (and in recent years, the Clippers), blaring his favorite rock music, and thinking he was right about everything, usually all while sitting on the couch with his favorite felines, Nicky and Winnie. “Big Glen” had a big personality and people loved his storytelling and infectious laugh.
In addition to his family in California, he is also survived by his mother Lenna Lockhart; sisters Vicky Lockhart, Janine Lockhart, Kara Lockhart-Virden, and Sally Lockhart; and daughter Jeanette Polasky. Glen was preceded in death by his father Allen Eugene Lockhart, his sister Joan Lockhart, and brother Daniel “Boone” Lockhart.
Per Glen’s wishes, no services will be held, but we are certain he’d love for you to pop open an ice cold beer or take a shot and share your favorite stories about him. Cheers, Dad/Papa/Glen! We will miss you!
