Clara ‘Lynn’ Bailey

1953-2025

Clara “Lynn” Bailey, 71, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, Sept. 15, 2025. She was born on Sept. 27, 1953, daughter of the late Blair and Mary (Bence) Frazier. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina Neville; two sons, Robbie Neville and Charlie Bailey; a great-grandson; and a brother, Blair Frazier Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Bailey, at home; a son, Daniel (Amanda) Reynolds of Wellsville; a daughter, Kasey Bailey of East Liverpool; a stepson, Greg Bailey (Tera Yarnell) of East Liverpool; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; a brother, Dale (Kathy) Frazier of Florida; and a sister, Terry (Ted) Pruneski of Calcutta.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home, from 2 p.m. to time of service at 4 p.m. Family requests memorial contributions be made to Nixon Funeral Home to assist in expenses.
