Amber Ann Cox

1981-2025

Amber Ann Cox, 43, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, Aug. 4, 2025. She was born on Dec. 22, 1981, the daughter of Wilbert Faulk Sr. and Lori (Plum) Faulk, both of East Liverpool. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lora Mae and Tiffany.

Amber attended Grace City Church. She was very outgoing and would help anyone, the kind of person that didn’t know a stranger. She loved the outdoors and was a great aunt to her nieces and nephews and a good friend to many; she will be sadly missed by all that new her.

Besides her parents, she is survived by a son, Dalton McKinnon of LaCroft, and a daughter, Kayla McKinnon (Dalton Freeman) of LaCroft; three grandchildren, Leland, Zoey and Sophie. She is also survived by three brothers, Wilbert Faulk Jr. of East Liverpool, Nicholas Faulk of Salineville and Paul Faulk of Summitville; and a sister, Brittany (Willie) Coleman of East Liverpool. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell, from 2 p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Nixon Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
