Willard E. ‘Bud’ Gilkison Jr.

EAST LIVERPOOL — Willard E. Gilkison Jr., 67, of East Liverpool died Sunday at his home. He was born in Salem and was a son of the late Willard E. Gilkison Sr. and Janice “Jane” Duncan Gilkison. Dawson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
