Sarah C. Muslovski Wilson

1948-2026
EAST LIVERPOOL — Sarah C. Muslovski Wilson, 76, of East Liverpool passed away Saturday July 26, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Sarah was born on November 9, 1948, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late C. Stanley and K. Elise Sawyer Muslovski. She graduated from Midland Lincoln High School in 1966 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University. She devoted many years to East Liverpool City Hospital working as a staff nurse, shift director, and clinical director.
A compassionate and dedicated member of her community, Sarah devoted much of her time to public service. She served as a board member for both the Carnegie Library and RCA, and was a member–and past president–of the East Liverpool City Council. During Bill Devon’s term, she also stepped in as interim and acting mayor. Sarah was a woman of deep faith and warmth. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish and found great joy in bowling and traveling with friends.
Besides her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Michael G. “Mike” Wilson, and her brother, David Muslovski.
Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Lisa Ciambra and her husband Francis of Westerville, OH and Lynne Reale and her husband John of Delray, FL.; two sons, David. S. Waggle, Jr. of East Liverpool and Scott Waggle of Dublin, OH; six grandchildren Kristina Plant, Chelsie Campbell and her husband Christopher, Asa Plant, Michael Wilson Reale, Mason Reale and Asia Waggle; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Maxwell, and Audriana; sisters, Mary Ann Muslovski, Patricia Allen, and Pam Cook; and a brother, Daniel Muslovski.
Fr. Bala Marneni will conduct a funeral service Wednesday, July 30, at 1 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
Following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
