Judy Richards

Judy Richards, 64, of Chester, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, July 17, 2025. She was born on April 6, 1961 in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Lester and Martha (Davis) Kelly.

She was a graduate of East Liverpool, and was a retired technician for D C I. She attended the Everyday Church and had an avid love for her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Richards at home; a son, Eric Richards of Chester, and a daughter, Lisa Richards of East Liverpool; two grandchildren, Lillian and Sebastian Richards; and is also survived by a brother, Mark Kelly of Wellsville.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell where funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m.
