Steven R. Shroades
1951-2025
Steven passed away peacefully in his Port Orange, Fla., home on May 10, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Steven was born on May 2, 1951 and is from Chester/Newell, W.Va. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Shroades and Luella (Conkle) Shroades.
Left to cherish his memory are his love of 34 years, Rhonda Moore; brothers Mike (Teresa) Shroades of West Virginia, Ray (Holly) Shroades of Florida; his children and step-children: Steven C. (Chrissy) Shroades of Ohio, Bryan Shroades of Texas, Angela Saulters of Texas, Edward (Henry) Moore of Florida, Mandi (Brent) Koontz of Ohio, as well as, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Steven's wishes, the family has chosen not to hold services or calling hours. Avalon in South Daytona are handling the arrangements.
