Robert H. Fisher, 73, of East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1952, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Howard and Grace (Miller) Fisher. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his fiancee, Diane Wooley and a sister Rosalie Rhodes.
Bob was an avid Steeler fan and he enjoyed working on cars, especially his antique Chevy.
He is survived by a son Chris Fisher of Pa.; two sisters, Karen (David) Rice and Judy Jenkins all of East Liverpool; a brother, Jerry Fisher of East Liverpool. He is also survived by Rebecca Buckel, Darlene Bailey, Brian Wooley and John Wooley and several nieces and nephews. Private services were held by the family. Nixon Funeral Home in charge of services.
