It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Lisa M. Miller, cherished wife, mother and Nana, of East Liverpool. Lisa passed away at the Hope Lodge in Cleveland April 9, 2025 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Lisa was born on September 22, 1964, the daughter of Donald Smith and Roberta Herron Smith, who preceded her in death. Also, preceding Lisa were her sister, Donna Moore, brother David Smith and brother-in-law, John Moore.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, David W. Miller, son Brandon (Marissa) Miller and daughter, Destiny (Brandon) Durica. Her precious grandchildren Jaxson Steven Durica, Cora Ann Miller, Jameson David Durica, and Charlotte Leona Miller.
Also surviving Lisa are sister Karen (Joe) Mercer, brothers Steven (Peggy) Smith, Ronald (Nicole) Smith and Mark Smith as well as sister-in-law, Pamela Smith. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews who have fond memories of her.
Lisa had a heart of gold and her family was her greatest joy. While she held many titles in her life none were more cherished than her role as Nana and spending time with her four grandbabies.
Strengthened by the love of her husband, children and grandchildren, Lisa fought with incredible determination and grace throughout her journey, inspiring everyone who was blessed to know her.
A celebration of her life was held April 17.
