1935-2025

EAST LIVERPOOL - Leah M. Bosco, 89, of East Liverpool, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at Crossroads at Beavercreek.

Leah was born on Aug. 20, 1935, in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late Harry J. and Inez "Shine" (Wolfe) Cahill. She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1953. Leah worked part time for the Community Resource Center. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian church where she was active in the McClain Circle, the Women's Association and served on the Board of Deacons. Leah was a member of the ELHSAA and Ethel Chamber Service Group. She was a charter volunteer for Meals on Wheels and served on their Steering Committee. Leah was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family.

Preceding Leah in death were her sister Linda Scott and stepmother Lottie Cahill.

Left to cherish her memory are four daughters: Marilyn Bosco, Janice Ashby, Katherine Burlingame and her fiance Adam Robinson and Erin Bosco; three grandchildren: Jordan Burlingame and his companion Cassie Shotwell, Justin Burlingame and his wife Lydia and Jullian Cowart; and great-grandson Noah Burlingame.

Friends may visit Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pastor Norm Eckert will conduct a funeral service on Friday 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service the family will gather at the Dawson Family Center for a time of fellowship.
