Larry Alvin Tullis

Larry Alvin Tullis, 85, of Lake Placid, Florida, formerly of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio, on Nov. 15, 1939, a son of Howard (Hap) and Betty (Means) Tullis.

Larry served in the United States Air Force, worked in a steel mill, then operated several successful businesses along side his wife Phemie Tullis.

Larry loved his family, he was a perfect father and the best papol that anyone could ever ask for. He enjoyed the warm outdoors, fishing, gardening and always tinkering in the garage and whistling for hours. But most of all he loved God.

Proceeding Larry in death was his wife Phemie Tullis, his father and mother, Hap and Betty Tullis.

Left here behind with great memories are his two daughters, Lori Tullis and Susan Walter and husband Mike; three grandchildren, Joston DaGrava (Michele), Lara Finney (Ryan), Katie Kosut (Matt); three great-granddaughters, Lily and Addison DaGrava and Lydia Finney; and a brother, Ron (Jan) Tullis, and many neices and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date.
