Mary "Kathy" Wells, 57, of New Cumberland, passed away March 12, 2025. She was born on Jan. 8, 1968, in East Liverpool, daughter of the late Gene and Ellen (Bates) Statler. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Brittany and Courtney Wells.
Kathy is survived by two daughters, Sara Wells of Chester and Clarissa Wells of New Cumberland; a son, Michael C Wells of New Cumberland; 11 grandchildren, Nevaeh, Traeh, Michael, Courtlynn, Byron, Bellamy, Josie, Harold, Karen, Gunnar and Cruze. She is also survived by two sisters, Tina (George) Locke of New Cumberland and Tracey (Brian) Lynch of Columbus; three nieces and a nephew.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell from noon to time of service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at New Cumberland Cemetery.
