Jody Ann Morgan Harrington

1960-2025

DUBLIN, Ohio -- Jody Ann Morgan Harrington, 64, of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 3, 1960, in Steubenville, the daughter of the late Dean and Margaret (Walker) Morgan.

Jody graduated from Wellsville High School in 1980. She was currently employed as a clerk at GetGo in Dublin. Jody was an amazing mom to her four sons. Camping was a big part of their lives together, and she was proud of the fact that she took all four of them camping in a tent in the middle of the woods all by herself. Her boys distinctly remember the meals she made over the campfire, especially the cakes she would bake that way. Jody was a phenomenal and unique cook. She would throw together a meal that her family and friends would rave about, and she would proudly tell them it was just another one of her concoctions. She was also a talented painter. Jody and her sister, Barbara, shared a home for many years and were a tremendous help to each other. They enjoyed gardening and shopping together, among many other things. She was an amazing aunt to her niece and nephew, Ashley and Chad, and she was a big part of their lives. Jody was a born-again Christian and a previous member of the Word of Life Fellowship in Steubenville.

Survivors include her four sons: Justin Harrington of Dublin, Shane Heffner of Negley, Blake (Lauryn Frisco) Harrington of Dublin, and Lee Harrington of Dublin; and her sister, Barbara Drane of Dublin. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Bella, Jaxon, Niko, Max, and Aubrey.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the Wellsville First Christian Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Fort Steuben Burial Estates.

Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main St. in Wellsville.

Jody's family is inviting everyone to join them to continue to celebrate her life while sharing a light dinner at 4 p.m. at 710 Market St., Toronto, OH 43964.
