Cathy M. Ingledue went into the arms of Jesus peacefully at home surrounded by her family on April 9, 2024. She was a remarkable woman who was devoted to God, her family, and animals of all kinds. Cathy was loved by everyone she ever met. Her smile truly lit up the room and her laugh was so contagious. Cathy influenced everyone she met throughout the course of her life. Some of her hobbies included reading, puzzles, watching animal videos, Bible study, and singing. Cathy was an avid reader and walked with the Lord daily with her devotions and studying her Bible.
Cathy was proceeded in death by her father Robert J. Wagner and her brother Bruce J. Wagner and survived by her loving mother, Marilyn Wagner, her brother Robert W. Wagner (Lana), her son Brian Ingledue (Brittany), and her grandchildren Deon, Bentley and Arianna Ingledue.
Born March 3, 1954, Cathy was a 1972 graduate of Beaver Local High School. After high school, she spent her career at Columbiana County Job and Family Services as a Typist II. She retired in the early 2000s.
She was one of the founding members of the Community Choir which originated in 1996. Cathy was also a member of Grace Presbyterian Church which she was very involved with and assisted with several areas within the church.
Cathy's mom Marilyn, her son Brian and his wife Brittany and their children have cared for her until the very end. Brian and Brittany took wonderful care of her throughout the years and did their best to live her life to the fullest.
We will be having a celebration of life at Grace Presbyterian Church on April 27, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. We will be having a memorial service and then a luncheon / fellowship to follow. In accordance to Cathy's love for animals, we are asking for donations for the Columbiana County Humane Society to sponsor funds to adopt an animal and or donate supplies for the helpers at the humane society.
