Melissa Owens, 57, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away Jan. 12, 2024.
She was born Feb. 27, 1966, the daughter of the late Buster and Dorothy (Cadwelle) Keysers.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Stull, and a brother, Leroy Stull; also by William Copestick Jr.
Surviving are her daughters Susie (Ryan) Jenkins of East Liverpool and Elizabeth Newlin of East Liverpool; five grandchildren, Kegon, Bellah, Amelia, Timothy Jr. and Courtney; two great-grandchildren, Maddox and Zyaire; two brothers, Louis Owes of Pennsylvania and Pete Owens of East Liverpool; and a sister, Myrtle Keene of Ohio.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
