ROGERS -- Kenneth R. "Ken" Deem, 65, of Rogers, Ohio passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 10, 2024 at his home.
Ken was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on June 30, 1958. He was a graduate of Midland High School Class of 1976. Ken was a veteran of the Army proudly serving in the infantry division. He retired as a supervisor from First Energy where he worked for over 40 years. Ken was a member of St. Blaise Catholic Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. His family and grandchildren were his pride and joy.
Preceding Ken in death were his father Charles A. Deem and brother Charles Deem.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 46 years, whom he married September 17, 1977, Lorraine (Cerasi) Deem; daughter Jessica Bushee and her husband Tyler; son Kenny Deem and his wife Barbara; three grandchildren Austin Deem, Aiden Deem and Brinley Bushee; mom Lorene (Buckins) Deem; sister Lori Schmidt and her husband Jay and brother Jim Deem and his wife Janet.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Friday where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Blaise Catholic Church on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Fr. Kim J. Schreck as celebrant. Burial at Beaver Cemetery where Beaver County Special Unit will provide military honors.
Immediately following the service the family will gather at St. Anthony Club in Midland for a time of fellowship.
