Arlette Clutter

1948-2024

Arlette Clutter, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away Jan. 3, 2024, at the age of 75. She was born July 6, 1948, in East Liverpool, Ohio and passed in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Arlette lived a life filled with love, laughter and cherished memories.

Arlette dedicated many years of her life as a brusher at the Homer Laughlin China Company, where she displayed great skill and dedication.

Outside of her professional life, Arlette had a wide range of interests that brought her joy. She especially loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Arlette's passion for crafting and woodworking allowed her to create beautiful pieces that will forever be cherished by her loved ones. She had an extensive movie and music collection that seemed to get larger every year. Arlette enjoyed taking leisurely walks in the park, finding solace in nature's beauty. Her yard and flowers brought her pride and joy, and she meticulously cared for them. Additionally, Arlette cherished long conversations with her friends on the telephone, as they provided her with companionship and heartfelt connections. She also enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She was an avid Miami Dolphins fan and followed their games with great enthusiasm.

Arlette will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends. She is survived by her children Kimberley (John) Jennings of East Liverpool, Brian Clutter of Columbus and Bradley Clutter of Florida. Arlette's grandchildren, Brittany Clutter, Heaven Clutter, Madison Jennings and Hannah Jennings, held a special place in her heart. Her great-granddaughter, Brielle Prentice, brought immense joy and happiness to her life. Arlette is also survived by her niece, Glenna Barrett, and her former husband, Jerry Clutter, her high school sweetheart and father of her children.

Arlette was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Flossie Webb, and her siblings Gerald Jr., Robert, Margaret and Dorothy.

Visitation will take place Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Arlette will be laid to rest near her parents in Calcutta Cemetery.
