Sandy Stull, 73, born July 5,1950 in Alliance, passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones at East Liverpool City Hospital Dec. 4, 2023.
She was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Wanita (Dickson) Lemasters. Also preceding her in death are her husband, Robert Stull Jr.; a son, Robert Stull III; a daughter, Sally Stull; brother, Robert Lemasters; and two sisters-in-law, Charlotte Lemasters and Cindy Lemasters.
Surving are a daughter, Cindy (Mark) Thomas of Wheeling; six grandchildren, Louie, Tiffany, Brandon, Dustin, Corey and Jaron; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ike Lemasters of Salineville; two sisters, Ruth (Bill) Williams of East Liverpool and Shirley (Pete) McCarthy of Bridgeport; and also by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Private services were held by the family. The Nixon Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
