Pat A. Chefalo, 98, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023 in Rochester, N.Y., after a brief illness.
He was predeceased by his wives, Margaret [Comi] Chefalo and Millie [Corsello] Chefalo; brothers, Tom (Ellen) and Pete (Jeanne) Chefalo; and sisters, Mary (Tony) Brancazio, Rose (Domenic) Comparetto and Ann Cable.
He is survived by his children, Patrick M. (Jill) Chefalo, Rebecca Taylor of Virginia, Mary Jo Chefalo, Thomas J. Chefalo of Illinois, Michael J. (Marla) Chefalo, and Dr. Peter J. (Eva) Chefalo of Germany; grandchildren, Maggie (Rich) Serapilio, Anthony (Tessa) Chefalo, Carly (Adam) Wacenske, Allison and Alex Chefalo, Don and Ben Taylor, Jonathan and Leander Chefalo; nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pat was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company and had been a parishioner of Holy Ghost Church.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at DiPonzio Funeral Home Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates, Wednesday, Dec. 20. All are invited to attend his Funeral Service and Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in the All Saints Mausoleum Chapel at 10:30 a.m.
