Clementina "Belle" C. D'Angelo, 92, of Midland, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023 at Concordia Villa St. Joseph.
Born Nov. 6, 1931 in Midland, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Sabbato D'Angelo. Belle was a lifelong resident of Midland. She worked as the secretary of the rectory at St. Augustine Parish, formerly St. Blaise Church, for nearly 40 years, where she was a faithful parishioner, member of the Christian Mothers, and a founding member of the group who created the "Table of Plenty." She currently served as the president of ISDA Lodge 181.
Surviving are two nephews, David (Linda) D'Angelo and Michael (Dee Dee) D'Angelo; four nieces, Linda Deafenbaugh, LuAnne (Ray) Maginness, Janice (Glenn) Wagoner and Cathy (David) Baer; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews as well as many close friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Alfonse and Arco D'Angelo.
Friends will be received Thursday, Nov. 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Ave, Midland, PA 15059. Mass will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Augustine Parish, 772 Ohio Avenue Midland, PA 15059. Online condolences may be shared at www.nollfuneral.com.
Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Wellsville, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared in Belle's name to The Center, Midland, 754 Ohio Ave, Midland, PA 15059.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Concordia Villa St. Joseph for the loving and compassionate care Clementina received during her stay, along with the medics from Medic Rescue who provided transportation from her home to hospital to the Villa.
