Rebecca L. Ice, 72, of East Liverpool, passed Monday, Oct. 16, 2023, at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Heritage Valley.
Born March 23, 1951, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Bonnivere L. Owen Wright.
A 1969 graduate of East Liverpool High School, she also graduated from Ohio Valley Business College. Rebecca worked in various jobs, such as Longs Run Church, Hills Department Store, Ames, and most recently Giant Eagle in downtown East Liverpool.
Rebecca loved spending time with her family and always put everyone else's needs above her own. Those who knew her knew that she had a great love for butterflies and diet Sunkist pop.
Rebecca will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Stanley Ice, whom she married Jan. 30, 1970. She will also be missed by her daughters, Jenny Sandreth (Chad) and Carrie Tice (Kevin); granddaughter, Katelyn Gorrell (Luke); and brothers, Clarence "Dutch" Wright (Hilary) and Jamie Wright (Barb).
Pastor Carolyn Hardy will celebrate Rebecca's life Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends may visit with her family Thursday at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
