EAST LIVERPOOL - Shirley Ann Gallagher of East Liverpool passed away Tuesday morning, Sept. 5, 2023, at Continuing Healthcare of Lisbon. She was 88.
Born in East Liverpool March 4, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Purle and Florence Wolf Clutter. She worked in the meat department at the former Valu King and later worked at skill nursing at the East Liverpool City Hospital. She attended the Salvation Army and enjoyed working on crossword puzzles.
A sister survives, Jeanne Shreeve of East Liverpool, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her son, James "Ricky" Hargreaves; three sisters, Flora Mae Miller, Margaret Radeschi and Ruby L. Wright; and two brothers, Robert Clutter and Jack Clutter.
Private family services were held at the Dawson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army.
