Jeffrey "Moose" Yanni Sr., 58, of Wellsville, passed away Aug. 19, 2023.
Born Oct. 7, 1964 in East Liverpool, Ohio, he was the son of the late Anthony J. and MaryAnn (Russo) Yanni.
Jeffrey was a 1983 graduated from Beaver Local High School, where he set off to be the hardworking man he was known to be. He loved music and playing the guitar and he was always able to bring joy to those he played with.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Yanni.
Surviving is his daughter Brittany Yanni (Bryan Hinerman) of Wellsville; a son, Jeffrey Yanni Jr. of Wellsville; a granddaughter, Braelyn Hinerman; four brothers, Michael (Barbara) Yanni of East Liverpool, Patrick (Luanne) Yanni of Florida, Louis Yanni of Salem and Anthony Yanni of Colorado; a sister, Laura (Thomas) Brown of East Liverpool; and also by Brenda Yanni of Colorado, the mother of his children.
Memorial visitation will be held today Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023, from 4 p.m. until time of Memorial service at 5 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, W.Va.
