Ronald C Beachley, 79, died peacefully July 14, 2023. Born in Barneveld New York March 13, 1944. He was an electrical engineer. Retired to East Liverpool. A kind and gregarious man. He is survived by his dear companion, Linda Ziegler, a son, two granddaughters, Alexander and Nicole, and a great granddaughter. A private service will be held at a later date.
