Joyce Ann Pirkkala, 86, of Chester, passed away July 9, 2023.
She was born June 13,1937 in Chester, WV. The daughter of the late Grace Starkey. Also preceded by a son,Rodney Koon and a grandson.
Joyce attended the House of Prayer.
Surviving are her husband, Oliver Pirkkala of Chester; two sons, Randy Koon of Chester and Craig (Deanna) Hart of Chester; Five grandchildren; and by her brother Larry and sister Janet
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 4pm until time of funeral service at 6pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
