Janice Carol Shepherd, 73, of Chester, passed away July 23, 2023, from complications of surgery.
Born January 13, 1950 in Rochester, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Phyllis (Hostutler) Rice.
Janice was a retired Loan Officer for Huntington Bank.
Janice married the Love of her life January 7,1972, Jack Shepherd of Chester; They raised two daughters, Jennifer (Timothy) Logston of East Liverpool and Julie (Frederick) Davis of Wellsburg. She enjoyed her three grandchildren, Annie Davis, Emma Davis and Claire Davis; Also by three sisters, Verna (Arthur) Gray of Hookstown, Dianna Barker of Aliquippa and Rosetta (Terry) Palitti of Midland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27,2023 from 12pm until time of funeral service at 2pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV. Interment will follow at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens, Newell.
