Angela "Angie" Hess, 41, of East Liverpool, passed away June 16, 2023.
Born July 19,1981 in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of Charlene (Plum) Hess of East Liverpool and the late James Hess.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, James Hess Jr.;
Besides her mother, surviving are a daughter, Carmen Edwards, three sons, Daniel Hess, Thomas Edwards and Freddie Edwards. Three sisters, Michelle Kopras of Ohio, Kara Hess of East Liverpool and Ashley Hess of East Liverpool; also by nephews and niece, Brian, Lacey and Bryson.
Visitation is Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 4 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the funeral home.
