Janine L. Conkle, 72 of Lisbon, died at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Friday. She was born in Newell, WV., on October 6, 1950. Janine was the daughter of the late Russel Hile and Wanda Shilling Hile. Arrangements handled by Arner Funeral Chapel.
