Dianne Ruth Connor, 78, of East Liverpool, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones, after a 3 year battle with Cancer.
She was born in Aliquippa, PA on December 1, 1944, the daughter of the late Lillian Edna (Cartwright) and Willis Gerald Lundquest. In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her sister, Gloria Welsh, and a step-son, Michael Connor.
She married her high school sweetheart, Delbert Riley, having a daughter Dawn Renee. She later married the late Arthur "Red" Connor, having another daughter, Michele Ann. Dianne loved to spend her time with her family, playing Bingo and going to Mountaineer Race Track. She worked many places over the years as a waitress, bartender and cook, lastly working at Bricker's Cafeteria in East Liverpool.
Dianne will be deeply missed by a brother, Larry Lundquest of Scotsdale, AZ. Her two amazing daughters, Dawn Flinn and son-in-law, Mike, and Michele "Mikki" Gilson and her husband, Brad, all of East Liverpool; five grandchildren: Renee Flinn (fiancÈ Steve), Mikey Flinn (fiancÈe Allison), Perri, Ralyn and Braylee; two great grandchildren: Michael and Mya. She's also survived by her step children: Elizabeth "Betsy" Connor, Robert "Bob" (Debby) Connor, Tom Connor, Donna (Dan) Halstead and many nieces, nephews and friends; also by dear friends, Dan and Stephen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 15,2023, from 1:00 p.m. -3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7:00 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
