Carl Norris

EAST LIVERPOOL — Carl Norris, 67, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away December 31, 2022.

Born June 11, 1955 in Cardiff, Wales, he was the son of the late, Carl and Catherine (Lake) Norris.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert J. Norris and a sister, Cathleen Norris.

Surviving are four daughters, Monica Grimm of Massillon, Christina (Bruce) Soukup of North Carolina, Courtney Norris of Salineville and, Candace Norris of Salineville; two sons, C.J. Norris of Salineville and Tommy Norris of Salineville; sixteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and companion, Veronica Clark.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
