EAST LIVERPOOL - Richard W. "Dick" Lamborn of East Liverpool passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 14, 2022, at his home. He was 74.
Born in East Liverpool Jan. 15, 1948, he was a son of the late Richard J. and Betty White Lamborn. A resident of this area most of his life, he was a member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1966. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he was a Specialist 4th Class Artillery Survey during the Vietnam War. He then earned a degree from the College of Marin in California. For many years, Dick was a familiar face serving customers at the Oasis in East Liverpool. He was a life member of the Elks Lodge 258.
He is survived by his sister, Vicki L. Lamborn and her husband, Doug Monti, of San Rafael, California, and his partner, Cynthia Fisher of East Liverpool.
Evangelist Rico Brown will conduct a funeral service at 2 p.m. Friday at the Dawson Funeral Home. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service. He will be buried at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Following the service, friends and family will gather at the Elks Lodge for fellowship.
