WELLSVILLE -- Rosie N. Perry, 90, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital.
She was born November 4, 1931, in Stanton, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Primes and Rosie (Robson) Watkins. In addition to her parents, Rosie was preceded in death on November 14, 1970, by her husband, Harvey Thomas Perry, her daughter, Mary Ann Perry, and fifteen brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. In addition to spending time with her family, Rosie enjoyed working on crossword puzzles and reading the Bible. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters: Luvenia Perry of Wellsville; Dora Mae Perry and Regner Davis, both of Midland; and Kather Bradley of Coraopolis, PA; three sons: Harvey Perry, Jr. of East Liverpool; James Perry of Wellsville; and Joe Perry of Columbus, Ohio. In addition to her children, Rosie is also survived by 60 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the First Baptist Church in Wellsville with Rev. Derrick Kendall of the New Hope Baptist Church officiating.
Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church located at 1401 Center Street, Wellsville, Ohio.
Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
