NEW CUMBERLAND -- Barbara "Barb" Larkins, 57, of New Cumberland passed away on November 20, 2022.
Born August 29, 1965 in Ft Walton Beach, FL, she was the devoted daughter of Arlis and Carolyn (Milner) Mink of Chester.
Barb was a retired Manager from Dollar General in Newell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Chester.
In addition to her parents, she will be missed by her loving husband, Harvey Larkins Jr. of New Cumberland; a son, Trevor (Tina) Mink of East Liverpool; a daughter, Taran (Anthony) Pietosi of Pittsburgh; three grandchildren, Dashall, Aryes and Brian; and two sisters, Teresa Fletcher of Chester and Tammy (William) Lemasters of Moundsville.
Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV, where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.
