EAST LIVERPOOL -- William G. Brown, 78, of East Liverpool died peacefully October 6, 2022 with his daughters by his side.
He was born June 2, 1944 in Murfreesboro, TN and was the son of the late Woodard Brown and Ruth Hum.
He served in the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. He retired from General Motors in December of 1999 after 31 years of service.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Brown and a sister, Debbie Mays and a nephew Kirk Brown.
Left to cherish his memories are his two daughters, Alicia Brown and Billi Jo (Casey) Rockey Jr. of East Liverpool. There are five grandkids Brian Currah, Brittany (Conley) McCutcheon, Megan (Joey) Ross, Bethany (Connor) Harris Curran and Austin Mayfield all of East Liverpool. There are five great-grandchildren McKenzie and Hayden Curran, Conley III and Maverick McCutcheon and Matthias Harris all of East Liverpool. Two sisters Diane Collette and Teresa Childers of Knoxville, TN and two brothers Keith and Mike Brown of Monaca.
The family would like to thank the Staff at Brighton Wellness and Rehab and Amedisys Hospice.
Per Mr. Brown wishes no services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Billi Jo Rockey 1099 McKee St. East Liverpool, OH 43920 to help cover the cost of Mr. Brown's final expenses.
The Nixon Funeral Home handled arrangements.
