Tammy Lynn Meyers, 59, of Salineville Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2022. She was the daughter of Kathy (Tice) Phillips of East Liverpool, and the late Glenn Smith.
She was preceded in death by a son David Ketchum.
Surviving are two sons, Josh Ketchum of East Liverpool and Steven Ketchum of Salineville; six grandchildren, Brady, Kati, Jaedon, Aubrey, Zach and Delaine; four brothers, Todd (Wendy) Smith of East Liverpool, Tommy Gillespie of East Liverpool, Joe (Addy) Smith of Georgia and Ed (Karla) Cross of South Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022, from 4 p.m. until time of funeral services at 7 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
